HOW TO SEND GRAPHICS FILES TO B&L LABELS AND PACKAGING, INC.

Whenever graphic files are prepared by a customer or an outside graphic design firm, the completed files should be sent to us in one of the following MAC compatible formats:

            Preferred Formats:  Adobe Illustrator – Version 10.0 or earlier Adobe CS2

            Acceptable Formats: Adobe PDF – 7.0 or earlier – File must be editable
                                             EPS – Level 3 – Must include all fonts or fonts must be converted to curves.
            Unacceptable File Formats: (Will not allow us to produce highest quality graphics) TIFF, PCX, WMF, JPEG, GIF

All large files should be either Zipped or Stuffed to reduce file size for e-mailing. This will also reduce the risk of corruption when emailing.

All graphic files should be sent to us at art@bllabels.com by e-mail or a portable media may be used (CD, DVD, and ZIP Disk) and sent to us at our normal shipping address:

Please be sure to include your company information and a print out of the files that are on the media.  This will allow us to determine if the files have transferred correctly.
