Q. What do I need to do to get started
with a new label design?
A. We can develop new art in house using our graphics
design staff or you can provide us with a computer file that incorporates
your finished design.
Q. Will I get to see a proof before you print the labels?
A. Yes, we provide
a proof either by e-mail in a PDF format or a hard copy color proof for your
final approval before printing.
Q. How do I know that the labels will stick
to my product?
A. We will determine what is the best type of adhesive for your
application, and will provide samples for your evaluation prior to printing.
Q.
How do I know that the colors will be correct?
A. We use the Pantone Matching
System for colors. This is an internationally accepted color numbering system.
We can color match a color sample if it is outside of the PMS guide. We have
a computerized ink matching system.
Q. How will the labels be shipped?
A. We
have our own delivery driver for the immediate area of Piqua / Dayton. For
customers outside of this area, we use Federal Express Ground Service or United
Parcel Service. For truck shipments, we use the carrier of your choice.
Q.
Do you take credit cards?
A. We currently do not accept credit cards. Most
accounts are set up as 50% down when your order is placed, and the balance
due upon shipment. Once you have paid for your initial order, new orders
are shipped with net 30 day terms.
Q. What if there is a problem with our
order?,
A. We pride ourselves with producing products that have no defects.
Our defect rate is extremely low. If there is a problem with an order, we
ask that you immediately contact us for corrective action. We guarantee 100%
customer satisfaction.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Most new orders ship in 3 – 5
work days after receipt of final art approval. Re-orders can ship sooner
if there is a more immediate need. We pride ourselves on quick turn around
and emergency order delivery .
Q. How can I send you my computer files?
A. You can e-mail the files to us at art@bllabels.com or you can send them
to us on CD, DVD, ZIP disk, or Floppy Disk.
