Custom Label Samples


B&L Labels and Packaging prints custom labels for a wide variety of products including food labels, point of purchase labels, industrial type labels, cold glue labels, hot stamped and embossed labels, bottle labels and more. These custom labels are created according to specific customer specifications of dimension, color, and an approved piece of artwork.


Printing a custom label for the first time requires an initial setup cost, which may include the purchase of a die and plates for the specific label. This is a one-time fee if the customer plans on printing this label repeatedly. Because of this, custom sized labels are most economical when large quantities are known to be necessary. B&L Labels has an extensive library of tooling that may be used at no charge.  Ask your customer service representative for a specific size.

In most cases, a four-color printing process is utilized to create custom labels. Our State of The Art computer system and laser imaging system converts your design into cyan, magenta, yellow and black. The image is created on the label combining the four colors to create millions of other colors.
