Flexographic Printing –
            We have the ability to flexographicly print to the following specifications:

  1. Up to a maximum of  8 colors in one pass.
  2. Two sided printing – any combination up to 8 colors total – front and back
  3. 4 Color Process up to 200 LPI screen
  4. U.V. Cured inks and coatings – Both Gloss and Matte
  5. Black Light and OVI security inks (Approved end uses only)
  6. Thermal Transfer Coating
  7. Digital Printing Coatings (Indigo – HP) – Both papers and films.
  8. Toll Printing and Coating for the Trade
  9. Custom Flood Coating to exact PMS # Match
  10. Over lamination of printed labels prior to die cutting
  11. Roll to roll – die cut or butt cut labels
  12. Roll to sheet – sheeted labels or die cut singles
  13. Split liner for removal

Hot Stamp Printing –
            We have the ability to hot stamp print to the following specifications:

  1. Up to four hot stamp colors in one pass – More on re-registered passes.
  2. Over lamination using various clear materials
  3. Die cutting after printing using steel rule dies
  4. Re-registration of pre-printed materials – both Hot Stamp printed and Flexgraphicly printed
  5. Consecutive numbering and bar coding
  6. Hot stamped metallic colors – gold, silver, holographic materials, colors
  7. Blind Embossing – Also can be re-registered.
  8. Labels may be finished on rolls or may be sheeted off press.

Slitting and Finishing -
            We have the capability to slit and finish the following:
